Ask Us Anything: What Do You Two Do to Keep in Shape?

Question: What do you two do to keep in shape? Running? Yoga? Weights?

Her: We both do weights seven days a week in the morning.  On Monday and Wednesday evenings we train in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and on Tuesday and Thursday evenings we train in Tae Kwon Do.  The only time we run is when we compete in mud runs (anywhere between 3.5 – 12 miles) several times a year.  We do Bikram Yoga on Sundays if we aren’t too hung over from Saturday nights.  Diet wise we eat healthy 5-6 days a week and eat crap between one and two days of the week, but we don’t eat fast food (e.g., McDonalds, KFC, Pizza Hut, etc.) or national chain restaurants (e.g., Applebees, Outback, IHOP, etc.).  We also don’t keep any junk food or bad food in our place.

relatively new reader here...first time commenter. I have to say this is pretty awesome. Not only do you get hot bods, but you can kick ass too :)
